We are a SOLE SOURCE PROVIDER for all of our products. We are registered with several Regional Service Centers. We will be happy to provide sole-source documentation upon request. We can fax or email this information to you, or include a copy with the invoice mailed to the billing address you provide.
The easiest way to order is to fax us your approved purchase order to 903-836-4543. Please include the name of each coaching guide AND the SPECIFIC GRADE LEVEL you wish to purchase. PLEASE note that we provide Dictionary Skills Coaching Guides AND Practice Test Sets - PLEASE be specific in what you wish to order.
We MUST have your shipping address, billing address, purchase order number, and the name of the person to whose attention you would like the order shipped. Packing slips will be included with each order, and an invoice will be mailed to the billing address you provide.
Orders will be shipped via US MAIL, generally no later than the second business day following receipt of the purchase order or check. The Post Office will NOT deliver to a UPS, DHL, or FEDEX Shipping address. We must have your correct US Mailing Address in order to avoid delays.
NOTE:Dictionary Skills is the ONLY material which is different for UIL than PSIA - if you are ordering for PSIA, please be sure to let us know!!
